The “Cloud Imaging Platform” is a hybrid‑cloud‑based platform that provides electronic medical imaging services to hospitals, physicians, and patients. By deploying the Cloud Imaging Platform, hospitals can streamline their clinical workflows, offer patients digital medical imaging services, and enhance patient satisfaction. Patients can access their personal electronic medical imaging records through the platform, build health records for themselves and their family members, and—after undergoing legitimate authentication—freely view, add, delete, or manage access permissions for their own records. Physicians, upon receiving valid authorization, may issue diagnostic reports for patients based on the authorized records, without time or geographic restrictions. Users can obtain these services by following the Cloud Imaging Platform’s official WeChat account and completing the required authentication process.
After undergoing legal authentication, patients or record administrators may independently access, add, delete, and authorize the sharing of patient records within their authorized administrative scope.
